The policy

    What we collect

    We collect the information you give us directly:

    • What you submit through our contact and quote forms: your name, organization, email, phone number, job location, and what you tell us about the project
    • The content of calls, texts, and emails between you and the office
    • Job information we gather in the course of quoting and running your project

    This website does not set marketing or advertising cookies.

    • To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote
    • To schedule, run, and document your project
    • To send you updates about your inquiry or your job
    • To meet legal, contractual, and insurance requirements

    Where it lives

    Form submissions and our message history with you are stored in our customer relationship management platform, provided by HighLevel, and in our email and business systems. These providers process information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy obligations, and only so we can serve you.

    Text messages

    If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or your job. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can also call or email the office instead.

    Your text messaging opt-in and consent are not shared with or sold to any third party for their own marketing.

    How we keep it secure

    We keep your information secure. Access is limited to the people who need it to quote and run your job, our systems are protected by the safeguards our providers supply, and we do not keep information in places we do not control.

    How long we keep it

    We keep records for as long as we work together and as long as the law, our contracts, and our insurance require afterward. Job records are part of what we deliver, so they are retained the way the job record itself describes.

    Your choices
